Here's the deal: we think fees should be simple and unsurprising.
They should disappear when they don't make sense, and they should be fair when they're needed.

We're not going to advertise a service fee and then add a credit card fee in the fine print.
We're not going to charge you just to record a simple cash sale in your database.
We're not going to charge you for getting your data out of the system.

Currently, we are only able to process credit card transactions for US-based organization for tickets priced in US dollars. All other features are available to organizations outside of the US, and we do support a growing list of currencies.
